This EMS Fund designated by the Hennepin Healthcare Foundation will serve as a means to support Hennepin EMS staff throughout the year. The methods of support may be in the form of,
but are not limited to staff celebrations, recognition, awards, and other staff
development.

Breast Cancer Awareness

The Minnesota Pink Patch Project Group is a collaborative effort to feature public safety agencies supporting breast cancer awareness and research.

Many agencies around the state of Minnesota participate in creating, wearing, and
selling pink patches, pins, etc. in the month of October. This year, proceeds
from these items will be donated to the Firefly Sisterhood. Firefly Sisterhood
provides one-to-one social and emotional support to women who have been
impacted by a breast cancer diagnosis. Based in the Twin Cities, MN, they
support women from coast to coast.

Legacy Collection
